Troy Vision Date Last
Troy Vision can record when a person or company was last contacted. There is one general field for any type of contact, and up to 16 specific fields to record when particular events happen.
Go to Settings / System Settings / System and you will be on the Date Last tab:
Generic Date Last
On the left pane, you can select Candidates / Contacts or Companies from the drop-down box. Below that, you can choose whether all history types or specific ones are used to update the generic Date Last field. You can then set which (or all) history statuses affect the field being set.
In the above screenshot, only Incoming Call/SMS, Email, Incoming Email, Meeting, Call and SMS will update the Date Last field, and only if one of the ticked history statuses is used. For example, any Sendout will NOT update the field, neither will any Email sent with a status of T.O.B. Sent.
Custom Date Last
On the right pane, you can set up to 16 individual fields for specific actions.
Select Candidates / Contacts. Companies or Jobs from the drop-down box and then click Add to add new values. You can select just a history type, just a history status or both. In the above example, Field 5 (Last Emailed) will be updated when any email is sent but Field 11 (2nd Interview Call) will only be updated when a call is made with a status of 2nd Interview.
