Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Full contact details and all historic, current and future events are recorded and retrieved on your people, assignments and companies. And because Troy Enterprise is a fully relational database, any information entered by you will automatically update all other relevant areas in the system. 'Events' include all communications and actions related to each individual, client and assignment and these can be searched, analysed and reported in MS Excel using our Consultant Activity Monitor. Keep control of your sales and marketing activities with our sophisticated Task Manager (see Monitoring & Reporting). Swift communication with your candidates and contacts is achieved by inbuilt email, SMS, direct dialling, and automatically merged documents (see Contact Tools). Searching & matchingTroy Enterprise has a phenomenally powerful search engine at the heart of the system, ensuring accurate and super-fast searching and matching of client vacancies and candidates. Lists of clients, contacts or candidates are produced for further manipulation. Search for document text (such as CVs) anywhere within your system or data within Troy Enterprise. Proximity SearchingThe proximity searching feature ensures that only candidates within a certain radius of your client will appear in your search results. Monitoring & reportingTroy Enterprise boasts a number of sophisticated tools that are invaluable for the busy recruiter and decision maker. These include: Task ManagerThe inbuilt task manager provides you with unrivalled control of all your sales activities. Monitor exactly how your business is operating at any time of day. The task manager allows you to prioritise consultants tasks and report on their status. Events - such as assignment projects or marketing campaigns - can be tracked from source to close in seconds. A truly unique management tool. Consultant Analysis ModuleThis 'search & results' tool runs in parallel with Troy Enterprise to provide comprehensive data analysis on your events (activities) history, with the option to export results to Microsoft Excel as a report or a graph. Reporting via Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel or AccessA variety of standard reports can be produced within the Troy Enterprise system. In addition, Troy's seamless integration with 'Crystal Reports' (the powerful industry standard report generator) allows you to generate all the documents you need, to your exact specification, and in whichever file format you wish to receive it. You can also view information held in the database via Microsoft Access or Excel.
