  Troy Enterprise uses thin client technology to bring people and information together, delivering outstanding performance and flexibility at the desktop across local and wide area networks and the internet.

• Open Database technology
  Troy Enterprise is designed using open system technology, which ensures that our software can readily link to your existing standard systems. This makes exporting information from Troy's database to other third party software extremely easy and fast. Troy Enterprise is the perfect choice for merged sites where divergent systems need to be bought together.

• Search engine
  At the heart of Troy Enterprise, our phenomenally powerful search engine will do everything expected of a leading edge recruitment system - plus much, much more.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Full contact details and all historic, current and future events are recorded and retrieved on your people, assignments and companies. And because Troy Enterprise is a fully relational database, any information entered by you will automatically update all other relevant areas in the system.

'Events' include all communications and actions related to each individual, client and assignment and these can be searched, analysed and reported in MS Excel using our Consultant Activity Monitor.

Keep control of your sales and marketing activities with our sophisticated Task Manager (see Monitoring & Reporting). Swift communication with your candidates and contacts is achieved by inbuilt email, SMS, direct dialling, and automatically merged documents (see Contact Tools).

Searching & matching

Troy Enterprise has a phenomenally powerful search engine at the heart of the system, ensuring accurate and super-fast searching and matching of client vacancies and candidates. Lists of clients, contacts or candidates are produced for further manipulation.

Search for document text (such as CVs) anywhere within your system or data within Troy Enterprise. Alternatively, conduct a combined search across both documents and data.

Database Searching

• Can be as simple or complex as you wish using 'and', 'or' or 'not' searching!

• For more precisely targeted results you can enter multiple search criteria in a single search and use multi-level coding to provide greater accuracy (e.g., knowledge of French - fluent, good or basic level). Choose to refine your search by entering further criteria to achieve a workable shortlist.

• Your search criteria can be saved for repeat use - providing the powerful facility to produce up-to-date lists at the 'touch of a button'. All resulting lists can be saved.

Document Searching

• Document information, held anywhere in the system can be searched - you don't have to enter the details from all your CVs. Instead, simply type in what you are looking for (e.g., 'sales managers' and 'fluent French') and the search will include appropriate CVs for consideration that you haven't had time to register.

• Over 28 file formats can be searched - linked to Troy's powerful document viewer, allowing you to identify appropriate CVs and view them in seconds.

Proximity Searching

The proximity searching feature ensures that only candidates within a certain radius of your client will appear in your search results.

Monitoring & reporting

Troy Enterprise boasts a number of sophisticated tools that are invaluable for the busy recruiter and decision maker. These include:

Task Manager

The inbuilt task manager provides you with unrivalled control of all your sales activities. Monitor exactly how your business is operating at any time of day. The task manager allows you to prioritise consultants tasks and report on their status. Events - such as assignment projects or marketing campaigns - can be tracked from source to close in seconds. A truly unique management tool.

Consultant Analysis Module

This 'search & results' tool runs in parallel with Troy Enterprise to provide comprehensive data analysis on your events (activities) history, with the option to export results to Microsoft Excel as a report or a graph.

Reporting via Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel or Access

A variety of standard reports can be produced within the Troy Enterprise system. In addition, Troy's seamless integration with 'Crystal Reports' (the powerful industry standard report generator) allows you to generate all the documents you need, to your exact specification, and in whichever file format you wish to receive it. You can also view information held in the database via Microsoft Access or Excel.
