Familiar functionality

Windows functionality and MS Office integration

New users to Troy Enterprise will be pleased to learn of the systems' close integration with Microsoft Word and Outlook - so common documentation, task and diary functions will be familiar. All templates, CVs and documentation are produced and edited using Microsoft Word and have database information merged automatically.

Any emails sent from Troy Enterprise will show in Outlook as a 'Sent Item'.

In addition, Troy Enterprise makes use of Microsoft Windows functionality throughout the application, for instance allowing you to multi-task by switching effortlessly between windows as you choose - so whilst you are looking at a candidate list in relation to a vacancy, you can also instantly view information enabling you to deal with a call from a candidate asking about progress with a particular job application.

Wizards

Wizards, or 'step by step' screens are used throughout Troy Enterprise to aid fast and efficient data entry and to prevent input errors. Selecting user-defined options from drop down boxes eliminates typing, ensures consistency and allows you to customise the wizards to suit the way you work.

CV entry

Troy Enterprise allows you to monitor CV input information by using a fast and accurate 'auto search and select' method, which will extract approved information from CVs for inclusion on a person record. Alternatively, should you wish to use a completely automated CV parsing system, please call our offices for further information.

As an alternative to setting up people records you can still have immediate availability of candidate data by carrying out a free text search on emailed CVs kept in a holding area, using the phenomenal power of our search engine. Only candidates matching your chosen search criteria need then be registered on your database.

Information access

Intuitive and uncluttered screens with a familiar 'look and feel' ensure you can input and retrieve the information you require fast. We have ensured that any information regarding your clients, people and assignments can be viewed within a few clicks from wherever you are in the system.

Troy's fully relational database enables you to maximise the value of your information. This means all client, person and assignment information you enter automatically updates other relevant stored information on your system - saving time on re-entry and ensuring up-to date information is available across the board.

Multi-media file attachments

Troy Enterprise stores a whole range of attachments against candidates, clients and assignments: Powerpoint presentations, videos, spreadsheets, photographs, client brochures, etc. Troy's use of Multimap is a useful tool which pinpoints a client or candidate location, storing a map as an attachment to a record.

Troy Enterprise's sophisticated contact management processes take full advantage of modern communication tools to accelerate interaction between you, your candidates, people and clients. Troy Enterprise integrates seamlessly with:

• direct telephone dialling
• SMS text messaging
• email templates
• automated document production (such as client/candidate interview letters in Microsoft Word)

Our email system, which integrates with Outlook, enables you to produce email templates (in HTML formal if you wish) to send multiple, personalised emails in one go.
